Don Franks is a professor in health education video and chair of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Franks is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Academy of Kinesiology health education video and Physical Education (AAKPE), health education video and the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation health education video and Dance (AAHPERD).
